Making this robot mini quilt for adam for valentine's day has got me aching to get back into the art room and use it more. This could be why when taking a blip of a break from work, Kristen's 10% off email coupon for Sew Mama Sew led me to get a stash infusion (justified by the fact that a few cuts are to be presents) By the time i get it all in the mail and busy season is over (only 6 more weeks! yip-whadippin-ee) I can sequester myself for a couple days and nights (you guys can visit me if you want, just good luck prying me out of the art room chair!) Who even knows, from Sew Mama Sew I linked over to pinkpetunias and entered in her japanese sofite book giveaway - maybe i'll even win and then i'll have all the more reason to create! :)

(not actually suffering under this delusion since you've all now clicked out of host of sparrows on over there and commented too. add to that the fact that my giveaway to winning ratio is dismal and i think that equals bookless but I just thought I'd throw it in there as an extra affirmation to boost my odds)

I think i'll go to sleep dreaming of quilting tonight (after i get to see mom & dad first! yay!)

(random aside: i'm in a surprisingly awake and giddy mood considering i'm still doped up from the dreaded tooth removal which has been making me feel slightly hibernateish for well over a week. At this time last week, i was fearing that they'd accidentally got my jaw too!)
